INGREDIENTS

Grass-Fed Beef Packet: Grass-Fed Beef, Beef Stock, Vinegar, Sea Salt, Rosemary Extract (Maltodextrin, Rosemary, Oleoresin). Sweet & Smoky Ancho Chili Sauce: Beef Stock [Water, Beef Flavor Broth Concentrate (Beef Stock, Natural Flavor, Salt, Yeast Extract, Sugar, Beef Fat)], Tomato Paste, Cane Sugar, Chili Powder (Chili Peppers, Spices, Salt, Garlic), Avocado Oil, Onions, Chipotle Pepper Puree (Water, Vinegar, Chipotle Jalapeño, Tomato Paste, Salt, Dried Red Chili, Spices, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder), White Distilled Vinegar, Masa Harina, Liquid Smoke (Water, Natural Hickory Smoke Concentrate), Garlic (Garlic, Water, Citric Acid), Sea Salt, Rice Starch, Cumin, Citric Acid.

HOW TO PREP

Stovetop preferred for best texture and flavor.
CAUTION: Contents will be hot.

Stovetop (Preferred):

Heat 1 tbsp of neutral oil (avocado oil preferred) in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Massage beef pouch to loosen pieces, then cut open and drain excess liquid. Sear beef strips for 30 seconds, just until lightly browned. Reduce heat to LOW, add sauce, and simmer for another 30 seconds until heated through.

Microwave:

Massage beef pouch to loosen pieces before opening. Cut open and drain excess liquid. Transfer beef strips to a microwave-safe dish, pour sauce over the beef, and cover. Microwave on HIGH for 30–40 seconds, or until heated through.
