Ingredients
- 1 cup of Pasta of your choice
- 1 Zucchini, diced
- 1 Red Pepper, diced
- Feta Crumbles
- Chef Hak's Olive Oil Lemon Dressing
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Zaatar
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Bring a large pot to boil and add your pasta, cook and then drain and set aside, let cool for one hour
- While pasta is cooling, slice your zucchini and red peppers
- Once pasta has cooled, add pasta to a large bowl and toss in your zucchini and red peppers
- Add 1 tbsp of Chef Hak's Olive Oil and Lemon Dressing and your salt, pepper, zaatar, and garlic powder and toss until combined
- Top with Feta Crumbles and enjoy!
