Steak Bowls

Instructions
Ingredients:

½ package Chef Hak’s Mild Red Ancho Beef Sirloin

1 cup of rice, cooked according to the package

2 bell peppers, cut into strips
-
½ yellow onion, cut into strips
-
1 tbsp avocado oil
-
½ tsp salt
-
Guacamole and pineapple pico de gallo to serve
Instructions:

Cook the rice according to the package

While the rice cooks, prepare the Chef Hak’s Mild Red Ancho Beef Sirloin in a skillet over medium heat.

In another skillet over medium heat, saute the bell peppers and onions in avocado oil. Season with salt and cook until tender.

Assemble the bowls by adding the cooked rice, sirloin strips, and veggies to a bowl. Top with pico de gallo and guacamole, and serve with a fresh wedge of lime!
