Burger Bowl with Special Sauce

Instructions

You’ll need: 

Chef Hak’s Greek-style burgers 

Chopped romaine

Cherry tomatoes, halved

Sliced red onions (raw or pickled)

Pickles

Sliced avocado


For the fries:

1 sweet potato, cut into strips

1 tsp avocado oil

Salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste


For the special sauce, combine: 

¼ cup mayo 

1 Tbsp ketchup

1  Tbsp dijon mustard

1 Tbsp pickle juice


Instructions: 

  1. Start by preparing your potatoes. Coat potatoes with oil + spices, then air-fry at 400 for 12-15 minutes, or bake at 400 for ~20 minutes. 

  2. While they’re roasting you can cook the Chef Hak’s greek-style burgers

  3. Combine the special sauce to make the dressing, then assemble the bowls.
