Instructions

Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup of hummus 

  • 1 cup of roasted cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces 

  • 1 ounce of feta 

  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped 

  • Fresh cilantro to garnish 

  • Pita for dipping 

  • 2 tablespoons of chickpeas 


Instructions: 

  1. To assemble your bowl, start with your base of hummus. 

  2. Top the hummus with roasted cauliflower and chickpeas

  3. Garnish with fresh cilantro and parsley

  4. Sprinkle with feta cheese

  5. Serve with pita for dipping!
