INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower, Yellow Carrots, Asparagus, Artichoke, Red Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Seasoning (Salt, Spices, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder), Avocado Oil.

HOW TO PREP

Keep frozen until ready to cook. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F. For best results, do not thaw before cooking.

Skillet:
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add up to 16 oz of frozen vegetables. Sauté for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.

Air Fryer:
Toss up to 16 oz of frozen vegetables with 1 tbsp of oil. Place in air fryer basket (do not overcrowd). Cook at 425°F for 8 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.

Microwave:
Place up to 16 oz of frozen vegetables in a microwave-safe container. Heat on high for 4–5 minutes, or until heated through.
