- 1 Watermelon
- Chef Hak's Olive Oil Lemon Dressing
- Coarse Salt
- Cracked Black Pepper
- Cut watermelon in half and slice until diced, or slice a large circle and trim edges.
- Cut your radishes into halves
- Place feta on top of watermelon and garnish with fennel
- Drizzle Chef Hak's Olive Oil Lemon Dressing over your salad and finish with a pinch of salt and pepper
