The Perfect Pesto

Instructions
Ingredients:

2 cups basil leaves

½ cup pine nuts

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

The juice from 1 lemon

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

¼ tsp salt
-
2 cloves of garlic

Serve with zucchini noodles and Chef Hak’s Chicken Meatballs
Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until well combined. You can add more olive oil if you prefer a smoother consistency.

Preheat a little bit of avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook the Chef Hak’s meatballs for 2-3 minutes on each side, then set aside.

Add zucchini noodles to the pan and cook for 2 minutes. Top the zucchini noodles with pesto and cook for another minute, mixing so that the noodles are well-coated.

Top with Chef Hak’s meatballs, fresh basil, and more parmesan cheese.
