Ingredients:
- 1 spaghetti squash
- ½ packet of Chef Hak’s Creamed Spinach
- 1 cup of cooked shredded chicken
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- ½ tsp salt
- Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Halve your spaghetti squash lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Drizzle the inside of the squash with avocado oil and salt.
- Place the cut side of the squash down on a greased baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes.
- Flip the squash over and cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Use a fork to scrape the squash to form the spaghetti-like strands.
- Add the chopped chicken and Chef Hak’s creamed spinach to the spaghetti squash boats, mnixing well.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the spaghetti squash boats and return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
- Top with red pepper flakes and enjoy
