Spinach-Stuffed Mushrooms

Instructions

Ingredients: 

  • 1/4 packet of Chef Hak’s Creamed Spinach
  • 10 baby bella mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese

Instructions: 

  1. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and remove any dirt with a paper towel.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375.
  3. Add the Chef Hak’s creamed spinach mixture into the center of the mushrooms
  4. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes 
  5. Let them rest for a couple of minutes, then serve hot!
