Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Chef Hak’s Smoked Maple Mustard BBQ Sauce, plus more for topping
- 4 lb chicken wings and drumsticks
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Chives for topping
Instructions:
- In a large bowl combine the chicken wings and drumsticks with the seasonings. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Preheat an oven to 400F. Remove the chicken from the fridge and place into a baking sheet with a wire rack. Bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking.
- Meanwhile, heat Chef Hak’s Smoked Maple Mustard BBQ Sauce in a large skillet. Once the chicken wings and drumsticks are done, add them to the skillet to coat in sauce.
- Top with freshly chopped chives and serve with carrots and celery in a basket.
