Smoked Maple Mustard Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Chef Hak’s Smoked Maple Mustard BBQ Sauce, plus more for topping
  • 4 lb chicken wings and drumsticks
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Chives for topping

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl combine the chicken wings and drumsticks with the seasonings. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  2. Preheat an oven to 400F. Remove the chicken  from the fridge and place into a baking sheet with a wire rack. Bake  for 40 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking.
  3. Meanwhile, heat Chef Hak’s Smoked Maple Mustard BBQ Sauce in a large skillet. Once the chicken wings and drumsticks are done, add them to the skillet to coat in sauce. 
  4. Top with freshly chopped chives and serve with carrots and celery in a basket.
