Ingredients
- Ahi tuna
- Fresh ground pepper
- Sea Salt
- Black Sesame Seeds
- Green Onions
- Chef Hak's Sesame Ginger dressing
Instructions
- Preheat grill to high and make sure grill grates are clean
- Season Ahi Tuna with pepper, salt, and black sesame seeds on both sides and pat really well
- Sear on both sides for about 30 seconds
- Top with sliced green onions and dip into our very own Sesame Ginger dressing!
