Roasted Root Hash

Instructions

Ingredients: 

  • 1 package of Chef Hak’s Roasted Root Veggies

  • 1 bell pepper, diced

  • ½ of a yellow onion, diced 

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced 

  • ½ can of black beans, drained and rinsed

  • ½ tsp salt

  • Avocado oil for cooking

  • Optional: sliced green onions to garnish


Instructions: 

  1. Heat your avocado oil in a pan over medium heat. 

  2. Saute the bell peppers and onions for 4-5 minutes, until tender. Then mix in the garlic

  3. Add Chef Hak’s Roasted Root Veggies to the pan and saute for a few minutes

  4. Mix in the black beans, add the salt, and cook for 3 more minutes. 

  5. Garnish with green onions and enjoy
