Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower head
- Brussels Sprouts
- Chef Hak's Balsamic Dressing
- Freshly Cracked Pepper
- Salt
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Cut Cauliflower and trim Brussels Sprouts
- Move Cauliflower to Brussels Sprouts to pan, drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and season with salt and pepper
- Roast for 20 minutes, remove and stir veggies, then roast for 15-20 more minutes
- Remove from oven, transfer to bowl, and drizzle with Chef Hak's Balsamic Dressing
