Roasted Cauliflower and Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Drizzle

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower head
  • Brussels Sprouts
  • Chef Hak's Balsamic Dressing
  • Freshly Cracked Pepper
  • Salt
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 
  2. Cut Cauliflower and trim Brussels Sprouts 
  3. Move Cauliflower to Brussels Sprouts to pan, drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and season with salt and pepper
  4. Roast for 20 minutes, remove and stir veggies, then roast for 15-20 more minutes
  5.  Remove from oven, transfer to bowl, and drizzle with Chef Hak's Balsamic Dressing
