Plant Based Caesar salad with Homemade Croutons

Instructions

Ingredient

  • Chopped Kale
  • Chopped Red Cabbage
  • Shaved Parmesan 
  • Day old sourdough bread
  • Chef Hak's Plant Based Caesar dressing
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees
  2. Slice bread into square cubes to make your croutons and drizzle with olive oil and add a sprinkle of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme. Air fry for 15 min at 375 degrees
  3. Add your kale and cabbage to a bowl, and shave parmesan on top
  4. Remove your croutons and add to salad
  5. Pour Chef Hak's Plant Based Caesar all over the salad and toss until combined, enjoy!
