Ingredient
- Chopped Kale
- Chopped Red Cabbage
- Shaved Parmesan
- Day old sourdough bread
- Chef Hak's Plant Based Caesar dressing
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Thyme
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees
- Slice bread into square cubes to make your croutons and drizzle with olive oil and add a sprinkle of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme. Air fry for 15 min at 375 degrees
- Add your kale and cabbage to a bowl, and shave parmesan on top
- Remove your croutons and add to salad
- Pour Chef Hak's Plant Based Caesar all over the salad and toss until combined, enjoy!
