Ingredients:
- 1 package of chef Hak’s roasted root veggies
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp fresh sage, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of chopped walnut pieces
- 1/3 cup of goat cheese crumbles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°
- Add chef Hak’s roasted root veggies to a greased baking sheet
- Prepare your honey dijon sauce by mixing together the honey, maple syrup, olive oil, and dijon mustard, whisking well.
- Drizzle the honey dijon sauce over the veggies, mixing well to coat.
- Top the veggies with walnuts and roast for 25 minutes.
- Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes, then top with goat cheese crumbles and sliced sage. Enjoy!
