Honey Dijon root veggies

Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of chef Hak’s roasted root veggies 
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 
  • 2 tbsp fresh sage, thinly sliced 
  • 1 cup of chopped walnut pieces
  • 1/3 cup of goat cheese crumbles 

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°
  • Add chef Hak’s roasted root veggies to a greased baking sheet
  • Prepare your honey dijon sauce by mixing together the honey, maple syrup, olive oil, and dijon mustard, whisking well. 
  • Drizzle the honey dijon sauce over the veggies, mixing well to coat. 
  • Top the veggies with walnuts and roast for 25 minutes. 
  • Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes, then top with goat cheese crumbles and sliced sage. Enjoy!
