Crispy Prosciutto and Brussels Sprouts

Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Chef Hak’s Brussels sprouts 

  • 6 pieces of prosciutto, cut into small pieces 

  • ¼ cup pecan pieces 

  • Optional: balsamic glaze to serve 


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°

  2. Cut or tear your prosciutto into small pieces. 

  3. Mix the prosciutto with the Chef Hak’s Brussels sprouts and transfer to an air fryer tray. 

  4. Air fry the mixture for 5 minutes, tossing halfway.
