Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- ¼ packet of Chef Hak’s Creamed Spinach
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
- Butterfly the chicken breasts by cutting a slit ¾ of the way down the middle, making sure you don’t cut all the way through
- Stuff the chicken breasts with the Chef Hak’s creamed spinach and seal the chicken breast with a toothpick.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil and add the chicken to the pan.
- Saute the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned.
- Transfer the chicken to the oven and cook for 12-15 more minutes, depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts.
