Creamy Spinach-Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients: 

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • ¼ packet of Chef Hak’s Creamed Spinach
  • ½ teaspoon salt 
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees 
  2. Butterfly the chicken breasts by cutting a slit ¾ of the way down the middle, making sure you don’t cut all the way through 
  3. Stuff the chicken breasts with the Chef Hak’s creamed spinach and seal the chicken breast with a toothpick. 
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt, garlic powder, and paprika. 
  5. In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil and add the chicken to the pan. 
  6. Saute the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned. 
  7. Transfer the chicken to the oven and cook for 12-15 more minutes, depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts.
