Creamy Corn-Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients: 

  • 8-10 mini bell peppers, halved with the seeds removed 
  • ½ cup Chef Hak’s Fire Roasted Creamy Corn 
  • Shredded cheddar cheese 
  • Sliced green onions for garnishing 
  • Optional: guacamole and/or sour cream to serve 

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. 
  2. Place the halved bell peppers on a parchment-lined baking sheet
  3. Fill the hollowed-out bell peppers with the Chef Hak’s Fire Roasted Creamy Corn mixture 
  4. Sprinkle the cheese over the bell peppers and bake in the oven for 18 minutes. 
  5. Cool for 5 minutes and serve with guacamole, sour cream, and/or guacamole for dipping!
