Ingredients:
- 8-10 mini bell peppers, halved with the seeds removed
- ½ cup Chef Hak’s Fire Roasted Creamy Corn
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Sliced green onions for garnishing
- Optional: guacamole and/or sour cream to serve
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Place the halved bell peppers on a parchment-lined baking sheet
- Fill the hollowed-out bell peppers with the Chef Hak’s Fire Roasted Creamy Corn mixture
- Sprinkle the cheese over the bell peppers and bake in the oven for 18 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes and serve with guacamole, sour cream, and/or guacamole for dipping!
