Creamy Corn Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 2 8-inch tortillas 
  • 2 tablespoons Chef Hak’s Fire Roasted Creamy Corn 
  • 2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese 
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, minced 
  • 2-3 ounces cooked chicken breast

Instructions: 

  1. Add your tortilla to a skillet over medium heat. 
  2. Top the tortilla with Chef Hak’s Fire Roasted Creamy Corn, shredded cheese, cilantro, and cooked chicken. Cover with the second tortilla
  3. Cook until the cheese is melted and the quesadillas are browned on both sides. 
  4. Slice and serve with guacamole, sour cream, and/or pico de gallo!
