Ingredients:
- 2 8-inch tortillas
- 2 tablespoons Chef Hak’s Fire Roasted Creamy Corn
- 2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, minced
- 2-3 ounces cooked chicken breast
Instructions:
- Add your tortilla to a skillet over medium heat.
- Top the tortilla with Chef Hak’s Fire Roasted Creamy Corn, shredded cheese, cilantro, and cooked chicken. Cover with the second tortilla
- Cook until the cheese is melted and the quesadillas are browned on both sides.
- Slice and serve with guacamole, sour cream, and/or pico de gallo!
