Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Instructions

Ingredients: 

  • 3 cups of cooked + shredded chicken 
  • 1 cup of avocado oil mayonnaise 
  • ½ cup of Chef Hak’s buffalo sauce 
  • 1 cup of diced green onions 
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1 tsp dried dill 
  • ½ tsp salt 
  • Crackers, celery, and carrots for serving


Instructions: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400. 
  2. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. 
  3. Transfer to a small baking dish. Smooth the top of the mixture out with a spatula 
  4. Sprinkle more shredded cheese over the top of the mixture
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and melted. 
  6. Allow the dip to cool for 10 minutes before serving!
