Brussels sprout Quiche

Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen pie crust 

  • ½ package Chef Hak’s Brussels sprouts, halved

  • ¼ of a white onion, diced

  • 7 eggs 

  • ¼ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp salt 



Instructions: 

  1. Bake your pie crust at 350 for 10-12 minutes, until slightly browned

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, saute the onion until tender

  3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add salt. Whisk well to combine  

  4. Transfer the sauteed veggies to the pie crust, top with shredded cheese, then the egg mixture. 

  5. Transfer to the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, until cooked.
