BBQ Chicken Kabobs

Instructions

Ingredients: 

  • 2 lbs chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes  

  • 2 cups of fresh pineapple, cubed 

  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces 

  • 1 red onion, cut into 1 inch pieces 

  • ½ cup Chef Hak’s BBQ Sauce 

  • 1 tbsp olive oil 

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp garlic powder 

  • 1 tsp onion powder 



Instructions: 

  1. In a small bowl combine salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. 

  2. Add cubed chicken to a bowl and toss with half of the spice mixture 

  3. Add pineapple, red onion, and bell pepper to a different bowl. Toss with olive oil and the remaining spice mixture. 

  4. Assemble the kabobs: add the chicken, onions, bell peppers, and pineapple to skewers, alternating as desired. 

  5. Grill the kabobs for about 10 minutes. Baste with Chef Hak’s BBQ sauce and cook for 1 additional minute. 

  6. Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side and enjoy!
