BBQ Chicken Kabobs

Instructions
Ingredients:

2 lbs chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes

2 cups of fresh pineapple, cubed

1 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces

1 red onion, cut into 1 inch pieces

½ cup Chef Hak’s BBQ Sauce
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp salt
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder
Instructions:

In a small bowl combine salt, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Add cubed chicken to a bowl and toss with half of the spice mixture

Add pineapple, red onion, and bell pepper to a different bowl. Toss with olive oil and the remaining spice mixture.

Assemble the kabobs: add the chicken, onions, bell peppers, and pineapple to skewers, alternating as desired.

Grill the kabobs for about 10 minutes. Baste with Chef Hak’s BBQ sauce and cook for 1 additional minute.

Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side and enjoy!
