Baked Brussels Sprout Bites

Instructions

Ingredients:

  • ½ package of Chef Hak’s Brussels sprouts 

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry dough 

  • ¼ cup pecan pieces 

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze  


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your over to 375°

  2. Cut your puff pastry into 3-inch squares. Separate the squares and gently press them into a greased muffin tin to create the puff pastry cup. 

  3. Open up the Chef Hak’s Brussels sprouts and quarter the Brussels sprouts. 

  4. Transfer the brussels sprouts to a bowl, top with pecan pieces and balsamic glaze, then mix well so that it’s all coated! 

  5. Scoop the brussels sprout mixture into the puff pastry cup then bake at 375° for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the puff pastry has puffed and is golden brown
