Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 jalapeno diced or cut into circles
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Cup greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- Honey
- Cauliflower
- Onions, sliced
- Dill
Instructions
- In a skillet add a drizzle of olive oil and your chickpeas and cauliflower, season with salt, pepper, thyme, garlic powder and smoked paprika, cook until warmed
- While your cauliflower and chickpeas are cooking, slice your jalapenos and onions
- Once your chickpeas and cauliflower are cooked, set aside and grab a bowl, take your yogurt and add to bowl along with the chickpeas and cauliflower
- Top the bowl with your sliced onions, jalapenos and fresh dill
- Add a drizzle of honey to bring all the flavors together, enjoy!
