Warm Chickpea Yogurt Bowl

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1 jalapeno diced or cut into circles
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • Honey
  • Cauliflower
  • Onions, sliced
  • Dill


  1. In a skillet add a drizzle of olive oil and your chickpeas and cauliflower, season with salt, pepper, thyme, garlic powder and smoked paprika, cook until warmed
  2. While your cauliflower and chickpeas are cooking, slice your jalapenos and onions
  3. Once your chickpeas and cauliflower are cooked, set aside and grab a bowl, take your yogurt and add to bowl along with the chickpeas and cauliflower
  4. Top the bowl with your sliced onions, jalapenos and fresh dill
  5. Add a drizzle of honey to bring all the flavors together, enjoy!
