Truffle Grilled Cheese with Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Portobello Mushroom
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Rosemary
  • Truffle Oil
  • Sourdough Bread
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Slice portobello into strips
  2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan until hot
  3. Add portobello strips and cook until browned, about 3 minutes
  4. While mushrooms are cooking, slice your sourdough bread
  5. Put a generous bunch of mozzarella cheese on one slice of bread
  6. Once your mushrooms are done cooking place on top of cheese
  7. Add a handful of parmesan on top of mushrooms and add a sprinkle of garlic powder, and salt and pepper, place second slice of bread on top
  8. Head 1 tbsp of butter onto pan and add sandwich to skillet, cook for about 3 minutes and flip, then cook for an additional 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted through
  9. Remove sandwich from pan and move to cutting board, drizzle truffle oil on top of sandwich and garnish with rosemary
