Ingredients
- Portobello Mushroom
- Parmesan Cheese
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Rosemary
- Truffle Oil
- Sourdough Bread
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Slice portobello into strips
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan until hot
- Add portobello strips and cook until browned, about 3 minutes
- While mushrooms are cooking, slice your sourdough bread
- Put a generous bunch of mozzarella cheese on one slice of bread
- Once your mushrooms are done cooking place on top of cheese
- Add a handful of parmesan on top of mushrooms and add a sprinkle of garlic powder, and salt and pepper, place second slice of bread on top
- Head 1 tbsp of butter onto pan and add sandwich to skillet, cook for about 3 minutes and flip, then cook for an additional 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted through
- Remove sandwich from pan and move to cutting board, drizzle truffle oil on top of sandwich and garnish with rosemary
