Ingredients

  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Sourdough Toast
  • Flaky Salt
  • Basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat your olive oil for about 3 minutes
  2. Add your cherry tomatoes to olive oil and let simmer for 10 minutes
  3. While tomatoes are simmering, toast your sourdough bread and plate
  4. Top your bread with your tomatoes and some basil leaves and flaky salt, enjoy!
