- Cherry Tomatoes
- Sourdough Toast
- Flaky Salt
- Basil leaves
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- In a small saucepan, heat your olive oil for about 3 minutes
- Add your cherry tomatoes to olive oil and let simmer for 10 minutes
- While tomatoes are simmering, toast your sourdough bread and plate
- Top your bread with your tomatoes and some basil leaves and flaky salt, enjoy!
