  • Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Fresh Cracked Pepper
  • Rosemary

Instructions

  1. Place tomatoes in a oven safe dish and drizzle olive oil, sea salt and pepper onto your tomatoes and roast for 25 min at 275 degrees
  2. Pull tomatoes out of the oven and remove stems, transfer to blender
  3. Blend on low and add your heavy whipping cream and a pinch more salt and pepper
  4. Remove from blender and add to a pot, stir and let soup heat up a bit more, add more salt to taste, transfer to bowl and top with a sprig of rosemary, enjoy!
