Ingredients
- Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Fresh Cracked Pepper
- Rosemary
Instructions
- Place tomatoes in a oven safe dish and drizzle olive oil, sea salt and pepper onto your tomatoes and roast for 25 min at 275 degrees
- Pull tomatoes out of the oven and remove stems, transfer to blender
- Blend on low and add your heavy whipping cream and a pinch more salt and pepper
- Remove from blender and add to a pot, stir and let soup heat up a bit more, add more salt to taste, transfer to bowl and top with a sprig of rosemary, enjoy!
