Ingredients

2 cups of cut Red Potatoes

Fresh Dill

1 Tbsp Tahini

1 cup sliced Red Onion

1 Tbsp of Capers

Chef Hak's Everything Sauce
Instructions

Cut potatoes in half.

Simmer the potatoes for 8 to 12 minutes until they are just tender.

While the potatoes are cooking, make the dressing. In a large bowl, whisk together the tahini, everything sauce, garlic powder, lemon zest, lemon juice, caper brine (not the whole capers), salt, and pepper until well combined.

Add 1 tablespoon of the chopped dill to the dressing and stir it in. If the dressing is too thick, you can add a little water to thin it out.

Once the potatoes are done, drain them and add them to the dressing. Coat the warm potatoes evenly with the dressing.

Add the capers and red onions to the potatoes and dressing mixture.

Sprinkle the remaining chopped dill over the dish.
