Ingredients
- 1 Asparagus bundle
- 1 Egg
- Chef Hak's Balsamic Dressing
- Salt
- Fresh Ground Pepper
- Smoked Paprika
- Za'atar seasoning
- Chili Flakes
- Parsley
Instructions
- In a medium pan, heat a 1 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- While oil is heating, cut the bottoms of the asparagus off and throw away
- Add asparagus to the pan and season with salt and pepper, cook for 4-5 minutes until tender, remove and plate
- In the same pan, crack one egg and cook until the whites are firm and the yoke is still runny, about 2-3 minutes
- Season egg with a dash of smoked paprika, za'atar, chili flakes, and parsley
- Remove egg and plate on top of asparagus
- Drizzle with Chef Hak's Balsamic Dressing and enjoy!
