Smoked Maple Mustard Pulled Pork Sliders

  • Chef Hak's Smoked Maple Mustard BBQ Sauce
  • Hawaiian Roll slider buns
  • 3-4 cups Pulled Pork
  • Provolone cheese, sliced
  • Butter
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Take your hawaiian rolls and cut them in half and seperate the tops from the bottom buns, place buns onto a baking dish
  3. In a large bowl combine Pulled Pork with 1 cup of Chef Hak's Smoked Maple Mustard BBQ Sauce, mix thoroughly. (If not using precooked Pulled Pork, use 1/2 bottle per pound of Pulled Pork)
  4.  Place the Pulled Pork on the bottom half of the Hawaiian Roll Slider Buns, then take your Provolone slices and cover the tops of the pulled pork, place top half of buns on top of sliders
  5. Melt about 1/2 TBSP of butter, and lightly coat the top of the buns, cover with tinfoil
  6. Place in the oven and cook until cheese is melted, usually around 10 minutes
  7. Remove foil and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes
