Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Chef Hak’s Brown Sugar Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce, plus more for topping
- 1 lb chicken breast
- ½ onion, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 tbs cole slaw dressing
- pickle slices
- burger buns
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 or low for 7-8 hours.
- Once chicken is fully cooked, using two forks shred the chicken into thin shreds.
- To assemble the sandwich, start with the bun followed by the pickle slices per bun, then the shredded chicken with more BBQ sauce if desired, then cole slaw and top bun
