Sheet Pan Salmon + Mediterranean Veggies

  • 1 large salmon filet, between 1-1.5 pounds 
  • 3 cups Chef Hak’s Mediterranean Veggies
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil 
  • Salt, garlic powder, and paprika to season the salmo


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°. 
  2. Drizzle a large sheet pan with avocado oil and Chef Hak’s Mediterranean Veggies 
  3. Transfer the veggies to the oven and roast for 10 minutes. 
  4. Remove the sheet pan from the oven. 
  5. Clear the center of your pan and add the salmon filet. Drizzle the fish with a little more avocado oil and season with a sprinkle of salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Return to the oven for about 10 more minutes depending on how thick your salmon is!
