Ingredients:
- 1 large salmon filet, between 1-1.5 pounds
- 3 cups Chef Hak’s Mediterranean Veggies
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- Salt, garlic powder, and paprika to season the salmo
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°.
- Drizzle a large sheet pan with avocado oil and Chef Hak’s Mediterranean Veggies
- Transfer the veggies to the oven and roast for 10 minutes.
- Remove the sheet pan from the oven.
- Clear the center of your pan and add the salmon filet. Drizzle the fish with a little more avocado oil and season with a sprinkle of salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Return to the oven for about 10 more minutes depending on how thick your salmon is!
