Instructions

To make this, you’ll need:

3 cups of Chef Hak’s Mediterranean Veggies 

1-1.5 lb of chicken tenders, cubed

Optional: Italian parsley to garnish 

 

For the sauce:

1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil 

3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt 

 

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375. 

Add your veggies to a greased baking sheet with the cubed chicken. 

In a bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients and drizzle over the sheet pan mixture, toss the veggies well. Roast for 25 minutes, garnish with parsley, and enjoy!
