Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Brown Butter Honey and Thyme

Ingredients
- Sweet Potatoes, 2-3
- Thyme
- Honey
- Roast 2-3 sweet potatoes at 400 degrees for 30 min or until tender
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter till slightly browned
- Add fresh thyme and sauté a few minutes.
- Add a tablespoon of honey and mix well
- Drizzle over sweet potatoes and serve hot
