For 2 servings:
- ½ cup of orange juice
- ½ cup of coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp arrowroot starch.
- 1 package of Chef Hak’s meatballs
- 2 tsp minced garlic
Instructions:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, saute garlic for a few minutes.
- Next add the juice, coconut aminos, and vinegar to the pan.
- Sprinkle 1 tsp of arrowroot starch into the mixture, whisking well.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring often to prevent it from clumping.
- If you’d like the sauce to become a little thicker, you can add another tsp of arrowroot starch to the saucepan.
- Add Chef Hak’s meatballs to the pan and coat with the sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes, and serve over rice. Garnish with green onions, and enjoy!
