Ingredients
- Potatoes, boiled
- Three Eggs
- Dill
- Parsley
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Pepper
- Red Onion, diced
- 2 tbsp Chef Hak' Olive Oil Lemon Dressing
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring 2 different pots of water to a boil
- Clean your potatoes and cut into halves if small potatoes, cubes if large potatoes
- Add potatoes to pot and let boil for 12 minutes
- While potatoes are cooking add your eggs into your other pot of boiling water and let cook for 7 minutes
- Remove your eggs, and carefully peel the shell off and set aside
- Remove your potatoes from the boiling water, strain and set aside to cool
- Once your potatoes cooled, add potatoes to a large bowl
- Add your diced onions, dill, parsley, sea salt, pepper, and your Chef Hak's Olive Oil Lemon Dressing, toss until combined
- Cut your eggs in half and place on top of the salad, enjoy!
