Olive Oil Lemon Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • Potatoes, boiled
  • Three Eggs
  • Dill
  • Parsley
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Pepper
  • Red Onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp Chef Hak' Olive Oil Lemon Dressing

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring 2 different pots of water to a boil
  2. Clean your potatoes and cut into halves if small potatoes, cubes if large potatoes
  3. Add potatoes to pot and let boil for 12 minutes
  4. While potatoes are cooking add your eggs into your other pot of boiling water and let cook for 7 minutes
  5. Remove your eggs, and carefully peel the shell off and set aside
  6. Remove your potatoes from the boiling water, strain and set aside to cool
  7. Once your potatoes cooled, add potatoes to a large bowl
  8. Add your diced onions, dill, parsley, sea salt, pepper, and your Chef Hak's Olive Oil Lemon Dressing, toss until combined
  9. Cut your eggs in half and place on top of the salad, enjoy!
