Ingredients:
- Chef Hak’s chicken meatballs
- Chef Hak’s mediterranean veggies
- 2 cups of mini potatoes, quartered (make sure you cut these up small so they cook evenly)
- 1 Tbsp Avocado oil
- 2 tsp all purpose seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375
- Chop your potatoes and transfer them to a baking sheet.
- Toss the potatoes with avocado oil, all purpose seasoning, and salt.
- Add your Chef Hak’s chicken meatballs and Mediterranean veggies to the sheet pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, depending on how well-done you like your veggies!
