Mediterranean Veg Sheet Pan

Instructions

Ingredients: 

  • Chef Hak’s chicken meatballs
  • Chef Hak’s mediterranean veggies 
  • 2 cups of mini potatoes, quartered (make sure you cut these up small so they cook evenly) 
  • 1 Tbsp Avocado oil 
  • 2 tsp all purpose seasoning 
  • 1 tsp salt 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375
  2. Chop your potatoes and transfer them to a baking sheet. 
  3. Toss the potatoes with avocado oil, all purpose seasoning, and salt.  
  4. Add your Chef Hak’s chicken meatballs and Mediterranean veggies to the sheet pan. 
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, depending on how well-done you like your veggies!
