Mediterranean Pasta Salad

  • 1 box of pasta, cooked and cooled 
  • 3 cups Chef Hak’s Mediterranean Veggies 
  • 1 cup of diced black olives
  • 4 persian cucumbers, cubed into small pieces
  • ⅓ cup of extra virgin olive oil 
  • 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning 
  • ½ tsp salt, more to taste 
  • ½ tsp garlic powder


  1. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook your pasta according to the package. Drain the pasta and allow it to cool for at least 1 hour, 
  2. While the pasta is cooking, roast your Chef Hak’s Mediterranean Veggies in the oven or the air fryer and dice the cucumbers. 
  3. Prepare the dressing by combining the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and garlic powder. 
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, cucumbers, olives, and the dressing. Mix well and chill before serving.
