Ingredients:
- 1 box of pasta
- One 24 oz jar of marinara
- 3 cups Chef Hak’s Mediterranean Veggies
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the avocado oil and Chef Hak’s Mediterranean veggies. Sauté for 7-10 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
- While the veggies are cooking, bring a pot of water to boil and cook your pasta according to the package.
- Drain the pasta and transfer to a large baking dish.
- Top the pasta with the veggie mixture and the jar of marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese, and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is nice and melted.
