Mediterranean Pasta Bake

  • 1 box of pasta
  • One 24 oz jar of marinara 
  • 3 cups Chef Hak’s Mediterranean Veggies 
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese 
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil


  1. Preheat your oven to 400. 
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add the avocado oil and Chef Hak’s Mediterranean veggies. Sauté for 7-10 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally. 
  3. While the veggies are cooking, bring a pot of water to boil and cook your pasta according to the package. 
  4. Drain the pasta and transfer to a large baking dish. 
  5. Top the pasta with the veggie mixture and the jar of marinara sauce. 
  6. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is nice and melted.
