Meatball Sub Sandwiches

Instructions

For each sandwich, you’ll need: 

  • 1 hoagie roll
  • 4 Chef Hak’s meatballs 
  • 3-4 Tbsp of marinara 
  • 1-2 Tbsp of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil for topping. 

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 
  2. Slice the Hoagie Rolls: Use a sharp serrated knife to cut the rolls down the middle, but don’t cut all the way through the roll. 
  3. Add about 2 Tbsp of marinara to the bottom of the roll
  4.  Pile on some meatballs, about 4-5 per roll. 
  5. Top the meatballs with more marinara and the shredded cheese. 
  6. Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is nice and melty. 
  7. Top with fresh basil, and enjoy!
