For each sandwich, you’ll need:
- 1 hoagie roll
- 4 Chef Hak’s meatballs
- 3-4 Tbsp of marinara
- 1-2 Tbsp of shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil for topping.
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375
- Slice the Hoagie Rolls: Use a sharp serrated knife to cut the rolls down the middle, but don’t cut all the way through the roll.
- Add about 2 Tbsp of marinara to the bottom of the roll
- Pile on some meatballs, about 4-5 per roll.
- Top the meatballs with more marinara and the shredded cheese.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is nice and melty.
- Top with fresh basil, and enjoy!
