- 1 bell pepper, cut into 1” cubes
- ½ a red onion, cut into cubes
- 1 package of Chef Hak’s meatballs
- 1 zucchini, cut into ¼ inch coins
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions:
- Start by preheating your grill and chopping your veggies.
- In a large bowl combine the chopped veggies and top them with the avocado oil, garlic powder, and salt. Toss well to combine.
- Assemble your kebabs by adding the veggies and meatballs to wooden skewers.
- Grill for about five minutes on each side, or until the veggies are cooked to your liking!
