Meatball Kabobs

Instructions

  • 1 bell pepper, cut into 1” cubes
  • ½ a red onion, cut into cubes
  • 1 package of Chef Hak’s meatballs 
  • 1 zucchini, cut into ¼ inch coins
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil 
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt 

Instructions:

  • Start by preheating your grill and chopping your veggies.
  • In a large bowl combine the chopped veggies and top them with the avocado oil, garlic powder, and salt. Toss well to combine.
  • Assemble your kebabs by adding the veggies and meatballs to wooden skewers. 
  • Grill for about five minutes on each side, or until the veggies are cooked to your liking!
