Ingredients:
- 1 package of chef Hak’s roasted root veggies
- 1 cup of Brussels sprouts, quartered
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup of pecan halves
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°
- Add chef Hak’s roasted root veggies to a greased baking sheet
- Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder, then add to the baking sheet with the pecans.
- Roast for 25 minutes.
- Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes, then drizzle with maple syrup.
