Maple roasted root veggies

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of chef Hak’s roasted root veggies
  • 1 cup of Brussels sprouts, quartered
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1 cup of pecan halves
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°
  • Add chef Hak’s roasted root veggies to a greased baking sheet
  • Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder, then add to the baking sheet with the pecans. 
  • Roast for 25 minutes. 
  • Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes, then drizzle with maple syrup.
