- Salmon
- Macadamia Nuts
- Basil
- Cilantro
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- Lemon
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425
- In a food processor, combine a handful of macadamia nuts, a handful of basil, a handful of cilantro, soy sauce, cayenne pepper, and a squeeze of lemon and blend
- Once blended, place on top of salmon and press down to make your crust
- Cook for 8-10 min in the oven and enjoy
