Instructions

 Ingredients for 2 serving: 

  • 1 persian cucumber, diced
  • 2 Tbsp diced red onion 
  • 4 Tbsp hummus 
  • 2 servings of Chef Hak’s Mediterranean chicken 
  • 4 butter lettuce leaves

Instructions: 

  1. Start by preheating your air fryer to 400. 
  2. Grab your Chef Hak’s Mediterranean chicken and evenly distribute it on the air fryer tray, cooking for five minutes. 
  3. While the chicken is cooking, chop your cucumbers and red onions. 
  4. Add the veggies to a small bowl and combine with hummus, mixing well. 
  5.  Make the lettuce cups by topping the butter lettuce with the veggie + hummus mixture, then adding your cooked chicken over the top!
