Ingredients for 2 serving:
- 1 persian cucumber, diced
- 2 Tbsp diced red onion
- 4 Tbsp hummus
- 2 servings of Chef Hak’s Mediterranean chicken
- 4 butter lettuce leaves
Instructions:
- Start by preheating your air fryer to 400.
- Grab your Chef Hak’s Mediterranean chicken and evenly distribute it on the air fryer tray, cooking for five minutes.
- While the chicken is cooking, chop your cucumbers and red onions.
- Add the veggies to a small bowl and combine with hummus, mixing well.
- Make the lettuce cups by topping the butter lettuce with the veggie + hummus mixture, then adding your cooked chicken over the top!
