Ingredients
- Red and Yellow Bell Peppers
- Cherry Tomatoes
- A handful of Toasted Almonds
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat BBQ grill to high heat
- Wash your peppers and remove the seeds and stems
- Once hot, add your whole bell peppers to grill. Smaller ones work better, but larger ones will work just fine
- Cook on both sides for about 2-3 minutes
- Remove from grill
- Transfer to blender and add your grilled peppers, a handful of cherry tomatoes, toasted almonds, salt, pepper, and red wine vinegar to blender
- Blend until combined, about 1 minute
- Pour into a dipping bowl and enjoy! This pairs perfectly with a grilled steak or as a dipping sauce for veggies!
