Ingredients

  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Dill
  • Parsley
  • Green Onions
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 tsp Coarse Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup of Greek Yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add your greek yogurt and olive oil
  2. Cut your lemon in half and squeeze into blender, make sure no seeds are added
  3. Add your garlic clove and a handful of green onions, dill, and parsley to blender, along with your salt and pepper
  4. Blend until combined, enjoy as a dip for veggies or as a delicious spread for a sandwich
