Ingredients
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Dill
- Parsley
- Green Onions
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 tsp Coarse Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 cup of Greek Yogurt
Instructions
- In a blender, add your greek yogurt and olive oil
- Cut your lemon in half and squeeze into blender, make sure no seeds are added
- Add your garlic clove and a handful of green onions, dill, and parsley to blender, along with your salt and pepper
- Blend until combined, enjoy as a dip for veggies or as a delicious spread for a sandwich
