Ingredients for 1 wrap:
- 1 pita
- 2 Tbsp hummus
- Chef Hak’s Farmers Market veggies
- ¼ cup of arugula
- 4 ounces of cooked chicken breast
Instructions:
- Saute your farmer’s market veggies for 5-10 minutes, until fork tender
- Grab your pita and spread the hummus over it!
- Top the hummus with arugula, the cooked farmer’s market veggies, and cooked chicken.
- Drizzle the lemon parmesan vinaigrette over the wrap and enjoy!
