Farmer’s Market Hummus

Instructions

Ingredients: 

  • 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed 
  • 1 cup of Chef Hak’s Farmers Market veggies 
  • ¼ cup of tahini 
  • 2 Tbsp of lemon parmesan vinaigrette 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Water as needed
  • Chopped parsley to garnish 

Instructions: 

  • In a saucepan, saute Chef Hak’s Farmers Market veggies for about 5 minutes, until fork tender. 
  • Add the sauteed veggies to a food processor with the remaining ingredients and pulse until the mixture is smooth. 
  • If the mixture is thicker than you’d like, add 1-2 Tbsp of water at a time to thin the mixture out. 
  • Add salt to taste, and serve with veggies or crackers of your choice!
