Ingredients: 

  • ½  package of Chek Hak’s Roasted Root Veggies 
  • 3 eggs 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Green onions to garnish 

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375
  • Add Chek Hak’s Roasted Root Veggies to a small baking dish 
  • Whisk your eggs and add salt to taste 
  • Pour the egg mixture over the veggies 
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the egg mixture has set completely 
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy!
