Ingredients:
- ½ package of Chek Hak’s Roasted Root Veggies
- 3 eggs
- Salt to taste
- Green onions to garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375
- Add Chek Hak’s Roasted Root Veggies to a small baking dish
- Whisk your eggs and add salt to taste
- Pour the egg mixture over the veggies
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the egg mixture has set completely
- Garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy!
